Questions about payments:

1.  How quickly are payments posted?

Daily, at the end of the day payments are posted, audited for accuracy and recorded.  Once the Payments, adjustments are posted they are indicated throughout our system.

2.  If my account is at the Credit Bureau, how often are payments recorded on the bureau?

Monthly, Corpra Care completes a total Credit Bureau inventory upload every month.  Your payments will be properly as well as lawfully credited.

3.  Suppose I detect a possible error?

Call us; our healthcare representative will conduct an audit on your payment history for posting accuracy. 1-800-899-4163.


Corpra Care associates are consumers as well.  So we value consumer protection statutes and will protect any consumers that are referred to our company for balance resolution.
